Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and posted.
Custom orders may take longer to process depending on the request—please allow additional time and feel free to contact us for an estimate before placing your order.
If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Delivery Time
We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and can be affected by public holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number (where available), so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not currently offered.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. If you're outside of Australia and interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch—we’re happy to see what we can do!
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays or lost items.
