Change of Mind
As a small handmade business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions about our products.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if the item is faulty.
